The experience
Turn personal strengths into possible futures.
STEM is not one path, and there is no single type of person who belongs in it.
This interactive 90-minute workshop helps students identify their strengths, interests and preferred ways of working, then connect them with real-world STEM roles and pathways across technology, engineering, science and innovation.
Rather than listening to another career talk, students explore career scenarios, solve practical challenges in teams and present their ideas. They leave with a clearer sense of what they do well, where they could belong and one meaningful next step for their future.
Designed for: High schools, universities, TAFEs, STEM academies, girls-in-STEM and equity programs, career expos, councils, youth organisations and employers building early-career talent pipelines.
Workshop format
How students work together
The session is built around four interactive stages. Students move from self-reflection to teamwork, then finish by presenting their ideas to the group.
