The name behind the business
Why Forestlyn?
My company is called Forestlyn, and there is a reason behind it:
Forestlyn comes from my Chinese surname, Lin (林). In Mandarin, it symbolises trees: one character means tree, two means woods, three means a forest.
It felt right for work built around growth, connection and ecosystems. The best ideas rarely grow alone.

Fluent in English, conversational in Mandarin, understand Hokkien and the most basic Japanese (I used to be conversational when I lived in Japan, but I'm losing it when I don't use it frequently enough)
